E-Sports Team at Flex Academy / HCOS! This is an excellent opportunity for students to develop their gaming skills, teamwork, and communication abilities, while representing the school in competitive E-Sports.

Team Details
- Game: Rocket League (cross-platform play) or others as we grow.
- Team Size: The team will consist of 5 players, depending on game.
- Practice Schedule: Practices will usually be held every Monday and Thursday from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. *Some practice times may vary depending on coach.
- Commitment Fee: To show your commitment to the team, a fee will be required upon joining. This fee helps support the team’s resources and activities.
Expectations
- Attendance: Regular attendance at practices is crucial for success. I expect all players to show up to every practice, be punctual, and fully engage in each session. Consistent effort and focus are key to the team’s progress.
- Communication: If you are unable to attend a practice due to illness or another valid reason, please notify me in advance via Discord so I can mark you as absent.
- Teamwork: This is a team environment, and all players are expected to listen to instructions, collaborate with teammates, and work towards the shared goal of improving and competing.
- Equipment: Players will need access to [platforms required, e.g., PC, Xbox, PlayStation, etc.] and a stable internet connection.
Tournaments
- The team will participate in various local, and regional tournaments. Details regarding tournament schedules will be shared as soon as the season begins.
- School Schedule Conflicts: If a tournament coincides with school hours, players will need to work ahead on assignments to attend. If a player is unable to meet this requirement, the team may have to forfeit participation in the tournament.
